Agentbox App: FAQs
Q: How do I download the app?
A: The Agentbox App is currently available to download via iTunes and the Google Play Store for use on IOS (Apple) and Android devices at no charge.
You can connect and utilise the app with or without internet connection.
Q: What version do I need?
A: To ensure you are getting the most out of the app, you will need to ensure you keep the app and device up to date so you can benefit from any feature releases and bug fixes.
We suggest to keep an eye on the announcements panel on your dashboard so you are aware of all the new features we are releasing on the Agentbox App.
Q: What order do listings display in the listings list?
A: OPENS are ordered by next OFI date/time. MY LISTINGS / ALL LISTINGS are ordered by Address.
Q: Can I search & filter contacts?
A: You can toggle between PRIMARY (contacts you are assigned to as primary owner), SHARED (all contacts you are assigned to) & ALL (all contacts you have access to view). You can search by keyword (e.g. name, mobile, email) - the results will be filtered by the selected toggle.
Q: What Tasks and Appointments will I see?
A: Tasks and Appointments you are assigned to.
Q: What Notes will I see?
A: All notes you have access to view.
Q: How do I add inspection attendees?
A: Open the listing and then navigate to the ACTIVITY tab. From the ACTIVITY tab, tap the green “+” button at the bottom of the screen. Search by Mobile number or Name via the top search boxes. If an existing database contact matches your search it will be displayed below; tap the corresponding “+” button to use this contact. If no existing contacts are found matching your criteria, tap “ADD NEW CONTACT”.
Q: Will inspection attendees be subscribed to E-Marketing automatically?
A: Default subscriptions and Search Requirements will be added to new contacts added via inspection attendance if configured via the Agentbox system configuration settings
(MASTER Users can configure via System Config > Inspection Configuration).
Q: Will buyer/tenant search requirements be added to Inspection Attendees automatically?
A: Default subscriptions and Search Requirements will be added to new contacts added via inspection attendance if configured via the Agentbox system configuration settings

Q: Which Agents will be assigned to inspection attendees?
A: All listing agents will be assigned to the contact as well as the person logging the attendance if different. The access assigned will be based on the Agentbox system configuration settings.

Q: How do I edit a prospective buyer/inspection attendee's interest level etc?
A: From within the Listing ACTIVITY tab, tap the quick action menu next to the corresponding contact record (three dots to the right of the name). Within this menu, tap "Edit Flags/Interest". The following elements can be edited for the contact's overall interest in the property: Interest Level (Hot / Warm / Cold), Price Feedback ($), Flags (Contract Taken / Ongoing Interest / Follow Up) and Enquiry Source.
The "Edit Flags/Interest" option is also available via the Contact ACTIVITY tab.
Q: How do I edit an inspection attendee's feedback/comments
A: From within the Listing ACTIVITY tab, tap the contact's name to view their full activity. Tap the quick action menu next to the corresponding inspection record (three dots to the right of the record). Within this menu, tap "Edit Comment".
Q: Can I send an SMS summary of inspection feedback to the vendor?
A: From within the Listing OFI tab. Tap the quick action menu next to the corresponding inspection record (three dots to the right of the record). Select "Send SMS Activity Snapshot".
Q: Do I need an Internet connection?
A: An active Internet connection is required to log in, search & navigate database records and synchronise data to your Agentbox CRM. Limited offline functionality exists to handle intermittent Internet connection issues. For example, you can add an Inspection attendee while offline if you have already loaded your list of listings with an active Internet connection prior to losing connection.
Q: If I delete the app from my phone will I lose the data?
A: All data entered with an active internet connection will be synced to your Agentbox CRM and will not be lost. If you have added inspection attendees while offline and have not connected to the internet to sync those across they will be lost if you delete the app.
