Q: Can I use any browser to access Agentbox?
A: No. Agentbox is only compatible with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Click here to learn more about System Requirements.
Q: How do I submit a Client Change Request?
A: In the Agentbox Help Centre, select 'I would like to make a change to my system' then follow the prompts. The Help Centre can be accessed by clicking on the '?' in the bottom right-hand corner of your CRM. Note, only Master Users can submit a Client Change Request.
Q: Are there any associated fees to register for the Webinars?
A: The Webinars are completely free and you have unlimited access to them. Our hosting Client Success team will be there to answer any of your questions in relation to the chosen topic. Register today via the Help Center!
Q: How do I purchase an Agentbox Academy course?
A: In the Agentbox Help Centre, select 'I need help doing something' then select 'Purchase an Agentbox Academy Course'. The Help Centre can be accessed by clicking on the '?' in the bottom right-hand corner of your CRM. Click here to learn more about our available Agentbox Academy courses!
Q: How do I book additional online or onsite training?
A: Access the Help Centre and select 'I need help doing something' to view all our training options. Contact the Client Success team to book a session by sending an email to clientsuccess@agentbox.com.au.
