Q: What is the difference between a Project and a Listing?
A: Projects act like folders where an overview of individual listings can be easily viewed. Listings represent the individual property that exists within the Project.
Q: Can I advertise an individual listing within the Project on the portals e.g realestate.com.au?
A: Yes. The project acts like a folder to the individual listings. The project status must be Available if you would like to advertise the listings within it. You cannot export the Project but you can click and open a listing within the project to export.
Option A. In the general tab of the listing card tick the New Property/Development tickbox to export to the relevant New Homes / New Development Categories based on your subscription with the portal.

Q: Can enquiries from Project properties be captured by Leads Capture and be sent to Agentbox?
A: No. Not if exporting via the New Property/Development checkbox to the relevant New Homes / New Development Categories based on your subscription). However, If a listing within the project is exported to portals as a For Sale property like other individual listings then yes the leads capture integration works.
Q: How can I clone listings within the project?
A: The clone tool allows you to quickly copy existing listings to create similar ones within a project in Agentbox. E.g. you may have 4 x 1 bedroom apartments for sale. If you create one as a listing you can then use the steps below to clone it 3 more times. Once the clones are created you can make the necessary minor changes e.g. adjust price or size without needing to create them completely from scratch.
Click the Add/Edit Listings tab and select Clone more Listings. Search for the address of the property to clone and the number of times to clone, then click Save. From here you can enter alterations for each new listing e.g unit number, price, etc. All new listings will appear in the Associated Listings tab on the left Project Panel.
Q: Can I clone the actual project folder?
A: No, you are able to clone listings within a project but the project itself must be created individually.
Q: What is the difference between a single property Activity Report and a Project Activity Report?
A: The project report functions in much the same way as the Listing Activity Report however it does the following:
1. Consolidates all activity across all listings attached to the project
2. Includes enquiries & inspections logged at the project level and the individual listing level
3. Includes details of all offers & contracts logged against listings attached to the project
4. Is highly flexible with the sections that are shown with various display options
Q: Can I copy project photos, floorplans, documents and links when creating new listings within a project?
A: Yes. These can be used when copying resources from a project to its related lots/listings. These can also be displayed on your website under the project page (website upgrade required).
Q: Can I delete a project?
A: You cannot permanently delete properties in Agentbox however with the access permission 'Archive Properties' you are able to archive appraisals and active listing records. This will remove them from your fast find and active searches and remove the property from all reporting. You can reactivate the record at any time by doing an Advanced Property Search to locate the record ensuring you select to include Status: Offline - Archived in the search.
Q: How do I remove a listing from a project?
A: To have a Listing removed from a Project, please submit a Client Change Request under the topic 'Data' including the Listing ID and Project ID.
Q: Can I display a Project on my website?
A: Projects are not able to be portal feed to REA, Domain etc and are a folder that contains listings within Agentbox. However, some third party websites may be able to support Projects via the API. For more information please speak to your website host.
Q: How many listings can I clone at one time?
A: Up to 20 listings can be cloned at one time.
