Q: What is my Agentbox username?

 

A: Your username will always be the email address located in your staff card, under the Staff Details tab.  Click here to learn more about logging into your Agentbox system.

 

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?

 

A: If you have forgotten your password click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and click Submit. A temporary password will be emailed to your email address. *Note, to activate the new password you must go through the login link in the email.

 

Alternatively, a Master User or any user with the Manage Staff Members permission can reset your password via the Access tab of your staff card. 

Note: The steps outlined will only work for clients not currently connected through Reapit Connect.

 

Q: How do I change my password?

 

A: To change your password, click your name in the top right-hand corner of the header and select Change Password from the drop-down menu. Enter your new password and click Save. 

 

Q: Why can't I see all my targets on the dashboard?

 

A: These can be configured in System Configuration (General) (Master Users only). My Office > Edit Details > System Config > System Configuration (General) > Select all items to display on the targets dashboard. 

 

Q: Is there a way I can save a search I regularly perform for Contacts and Properties? 

 

A: Yes, you can save searches you might perform on a regular basis. To do so, go to Advanced Contact/Property Search >  Enter your desired search criteria > In the 'Save Search' box at the bottom, name your search > Click Search.
