Add Inspection Attendee

*Note: Attendees can be added 15 minutes either side of the inspection times listed in the CRM. Attendees added outside this window will be added as a private appointment.

1. Tap on the reminder OFI event and select Add Attendee.
2. Alternatively, you can search for the relevant listing and tap the activity tap. Select the + icon to add an attendee.
3. Type Mobile Number to search for an existing contact record. If no contact is found, tap Add New Contact.
You will need to enter at least 6 digits of a mobile number or 3 characters of a name to search for existing contacts. If no match is found, you can add a new contact.
4. Enter First name, Last name, Suburb. Tap Additional Details to add more contact information. Enter an enquiry source and toggle on Send Welcome SMS if you would like the attendee to receive a check-in brochure. Tap Save and Add Another to check in the next attendee.
Working with Existing Data
*Note: When searching for an existing contact by mobile number, the app will generate results after 8 digits. This is to ensure optimum speed and accuracy of search results.
1. Tap to enter a mobile number. If an existing database contact matches your search. It will be displayed below, tap the corresponding + button to use this contact
For existing contacts you not yet assigned, you will be prompted with meeting for the first time.
2. Tap on the + icon. Where you can proceed to enter additional information. Click Save and Add Another.
2b. When entering additional contact information, such as an email address for an existing contact/ attendee, you will be alerted as per the below.
Option 1: Add (contact name) as attendee. This will direct you to the duplicate contact where you can proceed to add that contact to the inspection.
Option 2: Update attendee details. This allows you to return to the current contact, where to save, you must ensure all information provided is unique.
*Note: The yellow banner prompts the user to add key missing information. This is not mandatory. The red banner represents that a contact suburb is mandatory to add the attendee.
