A combination of system configuration settings, permissions and how agents are assigned to individual contacts affects how data is shared.

Assigning Agents to a Contact

Agents can be assigned to contacts as Primary Owner, Full Access or View Only.

Users Able to Unassign themselves from a Contact

  • Users will have the ability to unassign themselves from a contact. This change is to allow agents without access to archive a contact a way to remove themselves without contacting a master user or be provided current permissions that would allow them to unassign all users. This does not introduce any new permission rules.
