Send a Letter to a Contact


 

How do I create a letter for a Contact in Agentbox?


1. Search for your Contact open their Contact Card

 


 

2. Click Create A Letter action icon
 

 

3. Click Select a Template Drop Down and select a Letter Template - In this example we are using the Prospecting Letter Auction Invitation. (This template uses the contact merge fields so the contact does not need to belong to a specific contact class, if you used a specific merge field e.g. Vendor then the contact must belong to that contact class).


*Note - If you would like to merge in information from a related property then you will need to Create a letter from the Property


4. Click Save & Proceed


5. Modify the Letter if necessary

 

 

6. Click Save & Proceed


7. You can now click Print to generate as a PDF download, Print HTML to generate an HTML copy or click WinWord to export to Microsoft Word

 

8. By Changing the distribution method you can also send the letter as the body of an email Send as HTML or attached to an email as a PDF

 

 

9. Click Save & Proceed to save a copy of the letter.
