Log a Contact Enquiry
* Logs an enquiry against the Property's Recent Enquiries history.
* Option to creates a task and send an email to the assigned staff member to action.
* Comments appear on the Vendor Report.
1. Click the Quick Add icon from the header and select Log Enquiry
*Note: You will need to enter both the contact and property if applicable using this method.
or Search for your Contact open their Contact Card
2. Click Log an Enquiry action icon
3. Select Property, Add new Contact Class (if Applicable), subscribe to newsletters, Enter enquiry Date, Time, Type and Description of Enquiry, Notify an Agent via Task and/or Email and/or SMS
4. Click Save & Close, Save & Add Another or Save & View Contact.
