Bulk Communication


*Note: Only Master Users can access this configuration location.

 

Bulk Communication allows you customise where bulk email and SMS communication activities can be used for your office. 

 

 

 

 

You can enable or disable the following activities (please note this will enable or disable the activity for ALL users). You can use staff permissions if you would like to restrict access per user. 

 

Bulk Email Merge

  • Advanced Contact Search.
  • Prospective Buyers.
  • Advanced Property Search.
  • Prospector (additional module).

 

Bulk SMS Merge

  • Advanced Contact Search.
  • Prospective Buyers.
  • Advanced Property Search.

 

1. Click My Office on the main menu.

 

 

2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.

 

 

3. Click the System Configuration tab.

 

 

4. Select Bulk Communication from the Configuration Option drop-down.

 

 

5. Adjust settings as required and hit Save to apply changes to the office.

 

*Note: If you turn on or off the ability to bulk communicate here it will stop ALL users from being able to complete these activities in this system. If you only want to restrict some users than you can use the check-boxes in the permissions tab of their individual staff cards. 

 

  • Bulk Email Merge - Turn on/off the ability for the entire office to bulk email in various sections. *Note if permission is allowed, individual users will still require access. 
  • Bulk SMS Merge - Turn on/off the ability for the entire office to bulk SMS in the various sections. *Note if permission is allowed, individual users will still require access.
