Offices Contract Conditions (e.g. Finance, Building & Pest, Development Approval, etc) can be created which may be applied to an Offer/Contract record with a due date. Contracts will not be able to be converted to Unconditional until all conditions are marked completed. All upcoming and overdue contract conditions can be reported on across the office or for particular agents via the Contract Conditions Due report.
To add a new contract condition e.g. Building & Pest;
1. Click My Office on the main menu.
2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.
3. Click the System Configuration tab.
4. Select System Configuration (Advanced) from the Configuration Option drop-down.
5. Scroll down to Other Options and see Offer/Contract Conditions. Select Add New Value from the drop-down menu.
6. Enter the name of the condition as desired (e.g. Finance, Building & Pest, Development Approval, etc).
7. Select Save.
You will now be able to apply this contract condition to your listings via the offers and contracts tab.
