Off Market / Hidden Listings


Hidden listings allow you to market properties to your database via E-newsletters and will contribute to listing reporting and KPI's e.g. New Listings, however, keep the property hidden from Agentpoint powered websites and automated property alerts. 

 

*Note: The hidden listing button does NOT override portal export buttons if they are selected.

 

**Note: Hidden Listings won't be able to pull up OFI Inspections through E-Newsletters. 

 

 

 

1. Search and open your listing
 

2. In the general tab tick the Hidden Listing checkbox
 

3. Change the property status to available. The property can now be sent to the database via e-newsletter or exported to portals using the portal export buttons however it will be hidden from Agentpoint powered websites and automated property alerts until 'Hidden Listing' has been unchecked.
 

 

 

Off-Market Listings

*Note: This function is enabled upon request for certain supported websites. If you require this configuration, please submit a client change request 

 

Off-market listings are properties that an agency has authority to sell or introduce buyers to vendors however the vendor has specified that they have restrictions of how and where they can advertise the listing.

 

 

 

 

1. Search and open your listing.
 

2. In the general tab, tick the Off Market Listing checkbox
 

3. Change the property status to available. This will now appear on supported websites only with Off-Market functionality.  If this should also be hidden from property alerts please ensure hidden listings is also checked.

 


E-Newsletter templates will display/hide the 'View More' button based on the following scenarios

*Note: Property Web Link can be added in the Resources tab of the listing under links

 

When sending E-Newsletters for Hidden Listings, the 'View More' button will only appear on the template when a property web link has been added.
