Off Market Listings
Off-market listings are properties that an agency has authority to sell or introduce buyers to vendors. However, the vendor has specified that they have restrictions on how and where they can advertise the listing.
Making a Listing Off Market
1. Search and select the Listing.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. Tick the Off Market Listing checkbox and change the Status to Available. Save when prompted.

This will now appear on supported websites only with Off-Market functionality. If this should also be hidden from property alerts please ensure Hidden Listing is also checked.
If you use a Reapit Website: Off Market listings will now appear on your Reapit Website under a dedicated section if enabled.
Note: If not enabled, request this page to be added to your Reapit Website by contacting websupport@reapit.com.
For third-party providers: if supported by your website host, Off Market listings will display on your website upon selecting off market and your website portal.
Note: Please reach out to your web host directly to have this enabled.

Search for an Off Market Listing
1. Click on Properties.
2. Click on Advanced Search.
3. Navigate to Off Market Listing and select Yes.
4. Click on Search. All properties listed as Off Market will be displayed.
Add Off Market Alerts to a Contact
Contacts subscribed to Off Market will receive daily alerts when a new Off Market property is available that meets their requirements outlined in the contact details.
1. Click on Contact.
2. Search and Select the contact.
3. Click on Contact Card
4. Navigate to Subscribe to and Select Off Market and Save Changes.
5. Add in the contact requirements, Click on Requirements, then Add New Requirement.
6. Enter the information into the fields, then click on Save.

Off Market Lisings - E-Newsletters
E-Newsletter templates will display/hide the 'View More' button for Off Market listings when a Property Web Link has been added.
