Upload Property Photos & Internal Listing Images

This article covers the process of uploading property photos within Reapit Sales. 

 

Key points when uploading an image:

               - Up to 20 images can be loaded at a time

               - Maximum images size 8MB per image

               - Minimum dimensions 1920px Wide X 1280px High

               - Images must be JPEG with extension .jpg

 

Internal listing images enable you to select specific photos for display on marketing channels (such as portals and websites) without needing to delete any images. Automatically excluding selected photos from portal exports, API outputs, and all marketing channels, including e-newsletters, landing pages, and property alerts can be done at upload or from the Public Photos section.

 

Uploading Images

  1. Search and select a property.
  2. Click on the Resources Tab.
  3. Click the Photo(s) Upload button.
  4. Select if you would like to Watermark property images? or Exclude Images from marketing?
  5. Drag and Drop files from the computer onto the white space or click Select Files.
  6. Locate Photos within computer files, click on or select multiple images.
  7. Click Open.

 

 

Working with Images

  1. Drag and drop the images to re-order. The image moved to the number one position will update as the main photo when you hit Save.
  2. Select photos by ticking the box and click on Exclude Selected to move them to the Exclude From Marketing section then click on Confirm. Excluded photos are kept for reference and potential future use.
  3. To view an image, click on the Magnify Glass icon.
  4. To delete an image, click on the red X and confirm you wish to delete the image.
