Private Appointment/Inspection

You can also schedule Private Appointments/Inspections within Agentbox.

 


1. Search for your Property and open the Listing Card.

 

2 (Option 1). Click on the Add Feedback by Appointment action icon
 

or (Option 2). Click on Full View on the Listing Card.

 

 

The left panel will appear. Proceed to click on the Inspection & Attendees tab, and then select  'Add By Appointment'.

 

 

3.  Both methods will now prompt you to enter the date and time of the inspection.

 

4. The right panel will now open to enter the Attendee of the Private Appointment/Inspection.

 

In the right panel you can:

 

  • Search for an existing contact or add a new one.
  • Add/Edit contact classes to contact if applicable.
  • Tick to Subscribe contact to Newsletters & Property Updates.
  • Tick to Add Requirements to contact based on the property they have inspected.
  • Select the inspection source from the drop-down.
  • Select Interest level from the drop-down.
  • Enter their price feedback.
  • Tick the contract taken tick box if a contract was taken.
  • Enter the Attendees comments if available.

 

  
 

When creating a new contact if you tick the Requirements check-box it will pre-fill their buyer/tenant requirements on their contact card based on the property they have inspected. If you don't want this to happen or would like to adjust what is added click on Add Requirements. The checked items will be added to the contact once created and the unchecked will not. If all are unchecked then no requirements will be added to the contact.
 

  

 

The event/reminder will be attached to agents as per the selection made when creating the Inspection.

 

 

Once this has been completed, you can now view the Private Appointment/Inspection in the Reminders tab of the mobile app, as well as in Reminders & Calendar on the Dashboard of your CRM (By selecting the calendar date icon in the top right corner).

When conducting a private inspection, you will also be able to utilise the mobile app to update Inspection Comments by tapping through to the Contact > Activity tab and accessing ‘Edit Comment’ via the quick action menu.

 

     

 

And you can include Inspection Comments to your Private Appointment as below.
