Add an offer via Offers/Contracts Tab

An offer/contract must first be recorded, accepted and converted through the sales process to update the status of a property and the portals. You can add an offer either via the quick add offers made tab on the left panel in full view, or via the offers/contracts tab in the property card.

*Note: You must add at least one buyer, an offer date and an offer price. A vendor must be assigned on the Agents & Contacts Tab to be able to complete the Offers/Contracts Tab.

*Note: As you change the property status, the contacts assigned to the listing will also automatically update. Click here to learn more about the life cycle of a contact.
